WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for your purchases. We require returns to be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. 

1) Initiating your returns: Contact customer support at admin@alohaontop.com within the 30-day window to initiate the return process. Include your order number and the reasons for your return. 

2) Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. 

3) Package the item: Pack the item securely in its original package, including all accessories, and the return label provided. 

4) Shipping the package: Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your convenience. 

5) Receive refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchnage.  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
